Sacred Feminine Flow—
Yoga Class

A beginner friendly Yoga class open to anyone who desires to explore the connection to the breath and the body. The three pillars of this class are softness, breath, and connection. During this class we focus on the hips, neck, and shoulders with an approach to feeling good, rather than looking any particular way. 

It is a safe space to dive into your inner environment as we focus on the first two chakras, the house of your grounding, rootedness, emotions, creativity, and sensuality. No standing postures, or complicated transitions. We keep it simple to allow space for you to focus on your breath.

Into the Ocean—
Yoga Nidra Meditation

During this meditation class you will receive an introduction to the practice of Yoga Nidra where you will learn the benefits of this practice and why rest, not just sleep, is so important to keep your nervous system regulated, and promote overall health and wellbeing. The Intro is followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice to help you release tension from each corner of your body, and invite you to rest your mind. 

A practice of mindfulness combined with a visualization journey, Into the Ocean, to activate your senses and help you release what you can’t control. An opportunity to reset fully, allowing your nervous system to move from fight/flight to rest+restore, and promote overall wellbeing mind-body-soul.

Remember Your Nature—
Womb Meditation

In this class you will experience something different. It’s an invitation to surrender to the present moment, and allow everything else to dissolve. A sacred space to cultivate feelings of safety within. A practice of holding yourself wholly as you’re guided to become heavy in presence.

You will receive 5 minutes of education and 15-minutes of deep soul connection. You will be guided to connect with the energetic centers in your body and relate them to the elements, earth, water, fire, and air. An invitation to release tension from your body, reconnect with your emotional landscape, and activate your intuitive powers.

Meet Your Facilitator

Istara Nicole is a Puerto Rican born and raised Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Women Circle Facilitator, and Intuitive Energy Guide. She found Yoga in 2013 while battling a sharp pain in her low back and instantaneously fell in love with physical and mental practice. Two years after initiating her practice, she decided to do her 200-hour certification and immediately started teaching.

Through years of practice in and out of the mat, life experiences and continued education she has developed her own unique style of teaching with her trauma-informed background forefront, and rooted down to the notion that:

1. We are all different, and different things work for different people. 

2. You know better than anyone what you need right now. 

She focuses her teachings through Yoga and Meditation in deepening the connection with the body, the Shakti (feminine energy), and the emotions. She helps her clients remember their inner-wisdom, sovereign nature, and infinite power.
